Apartment rental inquiry
Include bedrooms, lease length and a building or apartment you like. Add your work or campus address and any parking, pet, laundry, elevator or furnishing needs. If you plan to share the apartment, tell us whether you need enclosed bedrooms and space for separate desks.
Contact Amo Realty - Boston City Properties about your rental search. This inquiry does not submit a rental application, reserve an apartment or register you for a housing waiting list.
Compare the buildings below, then ask our team about the home and dates you need. These descriptions are not a list of apartments currently available.
455 East First Street · South Boston
Distillery North offers studio through three-bedroom configurations in a building designed to reduce heating and cooling demand, adjoining the older Distillery arts complex. The operator describes in-home laundry, induction cooking, triple-pane windows, heat pumps and private balconies in selected homes. Ask about the particular plan, ventilation controls and indoor parking. The older Distillery’s artist and business spaces are different from a Distillery North apartment; confirm the building and intended use before discussing lease terms.
50 West Broadway · South Boston
The Residences on Broadway describes studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments at 50 West Broadway, with in-home laundry, stainless-steel appliances and quartz counters. Shared facilities include a fitness center, lounge, courtyard with grills and a putting green, bicycle parking and garage. Its separately advertised 26 West Broadway homes have different layouts and amenities. Match your quote and entrance to 50 West Broadway, and confirm parking cost and the trip from Broadway station.
411 D Street · South Boston / Seaport edge
Flats on D describes studios, one-bedroom homes with or without a den, and two- and three-bedroom apartments. In-home laundry is listed, with two finish packages and patios, Juliet balconies or kitchen islands in selected homes. Shared facilities include a roof deck, two fitness centers, game and screening rooms, work nook and bicycle storage. Compare the actual outdoor space and finish package, and confirm garage cost and your route from the D Street entrance.
11 West Broadway · South Boston
Eleven West Broadway offers one-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath apartments with dens. Its operator describes elevator access, a fitness room, shared roof deck, bicycle storage and underground parking for rent. Compare the den’s dimensions and separation from the living area; it is not automatically an additional bedroom. Ask about laundry, parking availability and pet guidelines for the particular home. Include Eleven West Broadway and your preferred layout in your inquiry.
Request a written quote for the specific apartment, move-in date and lease length. Ask whether the quoted monthly price includes required charges, and list utilities, parking, pet charges and optional services separately.
Keep one-time move-in costs separate from your monthly budget. If a discount is offered, check when payments are due, how long it lasts and what rent applies afterward. Confirm the cost and booking process for an elevator or loading area if you need one.
Eleven West Broadway advertises dens, and Flats on D has one-bedroom-with-den plans. Check dimensions, doors and how the space is used; a den is not automatically an additional bedroom.
Distillery North apartments differ from the older Distillery’s live-work spaces. At the Residences on Broadway, distinguish 50 West Broadway from the separately marketed 26 West Broadway homes.
Ask for the parking charge and space arrangement at the actual property. Test the walk to your station or bus stop, including the trip home at your normal hours.
Tell our buying team your price range, preferred address and purchase timeline. For a condominium, ask about ownership costs, association documents and rental restrictions. The rental properties above do not establish which homes are for sale.
Share your dates, budget and the apartment or building you want to discuss. Include the floor plan, features and commute you need so our rental team can focus on your search.
