Our Boston story

Copley Square roots.South End home.

We started with a small Copley Square office in 2007. As the brokerage expanded nationally in 2020, Amo Realty became the broader brand. Boston City Properties remained our local identity.

Today, we’re based on Tremont Street in the South End. President Daniel Amodeo leads the brokerage, and longstanding colleagues include Christopher Hanly, our first agent hire in 2007 and still part of our Massachusetts team.

How we help

Homes, rentals & commercial. One Boston team.

Buying & selling homes

A condo near the T, a home with parking or more space in a nearby community: start with what matters to you. We help you compare Boston-area homes around your budget, preferred locations and timing.

Selling? Tell us about the property, your timeline and what you need from the move. We’ll help you plan the next steps.

Talk with a residential agent

Renting & leasing homes

Start with your move-in date and monthly budget. Then tell us which neighborhoods work for you, whether you need T access or parking, and any must-haves such as a pet-friendly apartment.

For landlords, we provide leasing representation. Tell us about your property, when it will be available and your plans for the next lease.

Talk about a rental or lease

Commercial real estate

Office, retail, industrial, lab and investment property across Greater Boston. We work with businesses and investors buying, selling or leasing commercial real estate.

Start with how you’ll use the space, the size you need, location, budget and timing. We can help with your property search and commercial tenant representation.
