Apartment rental inquiry
Include your bedrooms, lease length and a building or listing you like. Add your work or campus address and any parking, pet, laundry, elevator or furnishing needs. If a balcony, water view or loft layout matters, include it in your message.
Contact Amo Realty - Boston City Properties about your rental search. This inquiry does not submit a rental application, reserve an apartment or register you for a housing waiting list.
Read the building guides, then ask our team about a particular apartment and your move-in dates. Features and lease terms depend on the home you choose.
25 Northern Avenue
The community lists a shared pool and sundeck, an outdoor terrace, fitness and yoga rooms, and work-from-home spaces. Compare the apartment’s windows, room sizes and view. If you want private outdoor space, ask about the particular home rather than treating the shared terrace as a balcony.
5 Fan Pier Boulevard
Studio through three-bedroom apartments, with in-home laundry. The community lists work pods, a fitness center and outdoor dining and lounge areas. Private balconies and kitchen islands are available in selected homes. Request the actual floor plan so you can check sleeping, storage and dining space.
85 Seaport Boulevard
High-rise apartments and lofts with different layouts and finishes. The community lists in-home laundry, an 18th-floor skydeck, a second-floor terrace and fitness and wellness spaces. Exposed steel beams and concrete floors apply to selected homes. Ask which apartment style and finishes match the home you would rent.
899 Congress Street
The community lists a rooftop pool and sundeck, a 12th-floor skydeck, workspaces, a gym and wellness studio, and underground valet parking. Check how you would use those spaces from the apartment. Ask which parking arrangements, access rules and charges apply to your lease.
100 Pier 4 is a rental community at 100 Pier 4 Boulevard. Park Lane Seaport is at 1 Park Lane. Add either building to your inquiry if you want to compare more Seaport rental communities.
50 West Broadway is a separate rental option in South Boston, outside the Seaport comparisons above. Ask about 50 West Broadway specifically when requesting a floor plan or lease details.
Ask for a written quote for the apartment, your move-in date and lease length. Compare rent, required monthly charges, utilities and parking. Check any pet or amenity charges that apply to your home and the services you will use.
Keep one-time move-in costs separate from monthly payments. If a concession is offered, ask for the payment schedule and the rent you will pay when it ends. Compare the full lease cost before choosing by an advertised discount.
Request the actual floor plan and photographs. Confirm whether outdoor space belongs to your apartment or is shared with the building. Check the view from that home rather than assuming a Seaport address guarantees a harbor view.
Check the route from the entrance to the transit stops, workplace or campus you will use. Try it at the times you expect to travel and use current transit schedules. A useful route depends on your destination, not just the nearest station.
Confirm opening hours, guest rules, reservations and any charges for the amenities you need. Ask whether those spaces will be available during your lease. For parking, confirm the assigned location, access arrangements and total price.
Tell our buying team your price range, preferred buildings and purchase timeline. Compare the specific condo, its condominium fees and building documents. The rental communities described above are not a list of condos currently for sale.
Share your dates, budget and a building or apartment you want to discuss. Include the features you need so our rental team can focus on your search.
