Ask about warehouse space.

Write “warehouse space” and tell us whether you want to lease, buy, sell or lease out a property. Include the area or address, size, budget and timing. Add clear-height, loading, vehicle, utility and storage requirements, including any specialized goods or equipment.

This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not an application, reservation, service activation, financing approval or municipal permit request.

The goods, vehicles and work determine the space.

Explain what you will store, how it arrives and leaves, and whether the operation also needs offices, packing areas, temperature control or other equipment. Say whether you need one unit, a whole building or a property to lease out. Ask our team to check current availability for the specific premises.

Send our team the address or search criteria. Availability and terms need a current check for the specific premises or service.

Requirements, terms
and the full cost.

Measure the usable storage space

Establish the actual unit, layout, clear height and areas occupied by columns, offices or other facilities. Explain shelving, equipment and aisle needs. Distinguish usable storage capacity from the total building size.

Inspect loading and vehicle access

Ask about loading doors, loading rights, access hours, vehicle circulation, parking and delivery arrangements. Test the actual entrance and route against your vehicles rather than relying on a broad location description.

Review an occupied investment separately

A warehouse investment and an empty building for your own operation are different searches. Review tenant leases, possession, operating costs, condition and repair responsibilities. Assess the investment’s income assumptions, costs and tenant risks separately.

Do not assume another use is approved

If you want to divide the premises, add production space or convert a warehouse to another use, describe the proposal. Establish the property-specific feasibility and review requirements; another property’s conversion does not establish what is possible at your premises.

Get the specific agreement

For a lease, compare rent, billing period, term, deposits, services, fit-out, repairs and additional charges. For a purchase, ask your advisers to review condition, title, existing agreements, financing and continuing costs. A fallback plan to lease out a property still needs a realistic assessment.
