Boston · industrial property
Looking for manufacturing, distribution, storage or other industrial premises in Greater Boston? Tell our commercial team what your operation needs and whether you want to lease, buy or market a property.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not an application, reservation, service activation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
Describe the work, goods, equipment, deliveries and vehicles the property must accommodate. If the search is for cold storage, food processing, production or a conversion, identify that separately. A warehouse description or previous industrial use does not establish suitability for every operation.
Send our team the address or search criteria. Availability and terms need a current check for the specific premises or service.
Compare before committing
Compare usable floor area, clear height, loading arrangements, vehicle circulation, power and services against your equipment and workflow. Distinguish office rooms, production areas and storage. A whole-building floor-area figure does not establish the space included in a unit.
Map the actual property entrance and the routes your vehicles will use. Check turning, delivery hours, loading rights and staff access rather than assuming proximity to a major road solves those requirements.
If you want to buy an occupied industrial property, identify existing tenants, leases, possession, repair responsibilities and continuing costs. Ask your advisers to assess income assumptions and financing; an industrial location does not guarantee returns.
Explain any proposed change of use, cold-storage installation or processing activity. Discuss the premises with our team and the relevant review requirements with the municipality and qualified advisers. Confirm the requirements for the specific property before relying on a conversion plan.
For a lease, ask for the term, rent quotation and billing period, additional charges, deposits, repair duties and fit-out responsibilities. For a purchase, review the property interest, condition, existing leases, title, financing and continuing costs with your advisers.
Before committing
Discuss your requirements with our commercial team. Take property, business-use, financing or service-contract questions to the relevant organizations and qualified advisers. This guide does not settle those questions for a particular offer.
Send the address or preferred area, requirements, budget and timing.
