Ask about the offered home’s rooms, entrance, storage and laundry. Compare rent, utilities, recurring charges, move-in payments and the actual lease dates.

An area or building guide is not a vacancy list. Ask our rental team about a particular apartment and move-in date.

Compare a managed-building studio with a loft-style home

If a listing names Park Lane Seaport, 315 on A, One Seaport, The Benjamin or VIA, send the apartment address and actual floor plan. Check where a bed, desk and storage fit; a larger development or waterfront name does not establish a matching home or view. Compare Fort Point alternatives by their own locations and rooms.

Use the entrance to check the trip you need

Send your work or other destination and travel hours. Check current routes to South Station or Logan and any transfers, rather than relying on an old one-stop promise. Nearby waterfront paths, arts venues and events are not on-site facilities included with a lease.

Buying instead of renting?

The apartment and your routine

Check the details
you will live with.

Ask which parking, utilities, pet rules and shared spaces apply to the home. A growth statistic or luxury label does not establish present prices or a reason to rush a decision.

Ask for the written terms

Check lease dates, utilities, pet rules, parking and shared facilities for the offered apartment. Ask for any required recurring charges and move-in costs separately.

Need a furnished or temporary rental?

Share the exact dates and furniture you need. An appliance list does not establish that an apartment is furnished or offered for a shorter lease.
