Talk with our rental team
In your message, include your pet details, rent budget, bedrooms, bathrooms and move-in date. Send the apartment address or building name if you already have one in mind.
This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties. It does not apply for a home, reserve an apartment or confirm that a pet is accepted.
Compare the home and location
Start with the apartment address and your household’s needs. Building guides and area descriptions are not a list of available homes or a promise that your pet will be accepted.
The original guide called this comparison Arborpoint at Station Landing. Our guide covers the rental buildings at 50 and 55 Station Landing, separately from 75SL. Ask which apartment and building are offered, its room arrangement and pet conditions; the old 60-pound dog and combined cat-weight caps are not current rules.
75SL was the original second comparison. Use its guide to compare the specific layout, windows, laundry and parking arrangements. Do not assume that an old included-space claim, free fitness description or animal-count limit applies to a new lease.
Browse Medford building guides. These guides describe properties, not current vacancies or pet approvals.
The apartment and your routine
Medford is a separate city. For Station Landing, give us the exact building number rather than just the development name. Compare your trip from the entrance to Wellington or another destination, and check the actual outdoor route and rules if river paths or other green space matter.
Check the actual floor plan, stairs or elevator, laundry and route outdoors. A shared courtyard, terrace or pet area is different from a private outdoor space and may have its own use rules.
Ask for the apartment’s rent, lease dates, recurring charges and payments due before moving in. Clarify what is included and what is optional rather than relying on an old advertised price or an amenity list.
Tell our rental team your dates, budget and pet details. Include a property or street you like and which requirements cannot change.
