The former Arborpoint rental buildings
The rental community previously called Arborpoint at Station Landing is now marketed as Station Landing Apartments. The 50 and 55 Station Landing buildings contain 292 apartments, separate from the neighboring 75SL rental building.
The buildings combine apartments with street-level shops and restaurants. The wider community markets studios through three-bedroom homes; ask which plan is offered at 50 or 55 when comparing an apartment here.

Kitchens, storage and room separation
Current apartment features include plank flooring, full-size in-home washers and dryers, and bathrooms with ceramic tile floors. Granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, cherry cabinetry and walk-in closets are listed as selected-home features.
The original guide describes different kitchen-island and breakfast-bar arrangements, as well as larger plans with separated bedrooms and two bathrooms. Check the offered unit’s plan, storage and exposure; a river view is not universal.
Work spaces, fitness and parking
Shared amenities include fitness facilities, a yoga room, resident lounges, a coffee bar, media and work spaces, and outdoor communal areas. Package Concierge retrieval and indoor bicycle storage support everyday errands.
Covered and underground parking are listed. Confirm parking charges, pet rules and the amenities included with the particular building. Membership at the separate on-site athletic club is not promised as part of a lease.
