Looking for Lynn office space? Tell our commercial team your preferred area, business use, size, budget and occupancy date.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
Compare Central Square, downtown, a Lynn Shore address or another Lynn location against your business and client journeys. If rail, ferry or airport access matters, check the complete route and current service. A waterfront view does not establish convenient access or a current office offering.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
Compare before committing
Check entrance and elevator access, room sizes, services and the work remaining. Establish approval, cost and completion before treating a partial build-out as ready for your practice. A class label does not prove condition or parking.
If considering co-tenancy with a retailer or a former home used as offices, identify entrances, shared facilities and each permitted activity. Medical examination rooms require their own suitability and use checks.
For a mixed-use purchase, review existing leases, the office area and any proposed residences or alterations. Old leases running through 2021 and historical asking prices are not current terms or redevelopment permission.
Class A, B and C labels can help organize an office search, but they do not establish a particular building’s condition or suitability. Compare the actual suite, elevators, heating and cooling, security, management, parking and internet service. Ask which services are included and which cost extra.
Ask for the quoted area, rent period, base rent and separate operating charges. Compare utilities, parking, repairs, improvements and deposits, not just the headline rent. Discuss the term, renewal, expansion and sublease terms with our commercial team and have your attorney review the proposed agreement.
If you expect to occupy the property for years, compare a purchase with leasing. Review financing, taxes, insurance, maintenance and required improvements with the appropriate professionals. Ownership does not guarantee lower costs, tax savings or appreciation; renting unused space to others also requires review of the property and agreement.
If you own an office suite, building or mixed-use property, send our team its address, floor area, current use, occupancy and your sale or leasing plans. We can discuss how to describe the premises and compare relevant properties. Do not treat an old asking price, regional vacancy figure or growth forecast as today’s value.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the office with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your lender about financing and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
