Apartment rental inquiry
Include bedrooms, lease length and a building or apartment you like. Add your work or campus address and any parking, pet, laundry, elevator or furnishing needs. If you plan to share the apartment, tell us whether you need enclosed bedrooms and space for separate desks.
Contact Amo Realty - Boston City Properties about your rental search. This inquiry does not submit a rental application, reserve an apartment or register you for a housing waiting list.
Compare the buildings below, then ask our team about the home and dates you need. These descriptions are not a list of apartments currently available.
201 and 221 South Huntington Avenue · Jamaica Plain
The Brynx spans two South Huntington Avenue buildings, with studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom-with-den, two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts. Its operator describes private outdoor space in many apartments and a shared roof deck, lounges, collaborative workspaces and fitness facilities. Compare the two buildings and the exact plan: a plan labeled as a den does not by itself establish an additional bedroom, and shared roof-deck access is different from a private balcony. Confirm laundry and any parking arrangement.
101 South Huntington Avenue · Jamaica Plain
Serenity lists in-home washers and dryers, oversized windows and walk-in closets. Moveable kitchen islands and storage units are available in selected homes. Shared facilities include a fitness center, resident lounge, collaboration spaces, courtyard, pool and direct-access garage, with concierge services also described. Ask which kitchen and storage features the offered apartment includes. Compare its actual outlook with the park views shown in community photos, and request the garage cost separately.
161 South Huntington Avenue · Jamaica Plain
Bell Olmsted Park is the community previously named Olmsted Place. Its operator lists in-home laundry, stainless-steel appliances and granite counters, with walk-in closets and park views in selected apartments. Shared facilities include a pool and sundeck, fitness studio, clubhouse lounge, courtyard, pet spa and underground parking. Furnished homes are advertised separately. Ask about the furnished plan, lease length and total quote if you need a temporary stay; those options are not guaranteed for your dates.
3200 Washington Street · Jamaica Plain
The property manager describes studio through three-bedroom apartments at 3200 Washington, with in-home laundry, oversized windows, stainless-steel appliances and open living areas. Shared facilities include a fitness center, library with coworking tables, lounge, courtyard and roof deck. Ask about the offered apartment’s bedroom separation, desk space and storage, then confirm parking and pet requirements. Compare your route toward Stony Brook or Green Street from the actual entrance, without assuming a fixed travel time.
6 Southbourne Road · Jamaica Plain
Woodbourne serves older adults and people with disabilities; it is a different housing option from the general rental comparisons above. Its site describes one- and two-bedroom layouts, shared laundry, community rooms, outdoor patios and resident services. Ask our team about the property’s requirements and the formal application or waiting-list process. Do not assume these homes are offered on the same terms as a market-rate rental, or that an inquiry establishes eligibility.
Request a written quote for the specific apartment, move-in date and lease length. Ask whether the quoted monthly price includes required charges, and list utilities, parking, pet charges and optional services separately.
Keep one-time move-in costs separate from your monthly budget. If a discount is offered, check when payments are due, how long it lasts and what rent applies afterward. Confirm the cost and booking process for an elevator or loading area if you need one.
Send the actual destination and your hours. Check your route home as well as the morning trip, especially if you work shifts.
Compare enclosed bedrooms with a den or open sleeping area. Request room dimensions and check where a desk would fit without blocking doors or storage.
If you need furniture or a shorter stay, ask which homes offer it for your dates. Compare the furnished quote, lease length and included items separately.
Tell our buying team your price range, preferred address and purchase timeline. For a condominium, ask about ownership costs, association documents and rental restrictions. The rental properties above do not establish which homes are for sale.
Share your dates, budget and the apartment or building you want to discuss. Include the floor plan, features and commute you need so our rental team can focus on your search.
