Compare the actual floor plan.

Ink Block’s rental buildings have different interiors and layouts. Ask for the current floor plan, dimensions, kitchen finishes, storage and laundry details for the home being offered.

At Sepia, confirm whether the condo is for sale or offered for rent by its owner. Review the unit’s condition and written terms; a feature described for another residence may not be included.

Separate amenities from costs.

Ask which pool, fitness, outdoor and shared spaces are available to the selected residence, and whether parking, storage, pets or services cost extra. For a purchase, request current condo documents, fees and parking ownership details.

Walk the Harrison Avenue area to compare groceries, shops and dining with your daily routine. Test the journey to BMC or another work address, rather than assuming every Ink Block building has the same entrance or route.
