Financial District apartments and nearby alternatives.

Compare the buildings below, then ask our team about the home and dates you need. These descriptions are not a list of apartments currently available.

The Devonshire

One Devonshire Place · Financial District

The Devonshire describes open-plan and galley kitchens with quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances and substantial closet storage. Shared facilities include an indoor pool, fitness center, lounge and coworking space with conference rooms. Services include an attended lobby, valet parking and bookable guest suites. Compare the offered kitchen layout and the apartment’s outlook, then ask about laundry, parking cost and any charges or reservations for guest accommodation and other services.

One India Street

1 India Street · Financial District

One India Street offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Its operator describes quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances, wood-plank flooring and smart-home features, plus a fitness center, resident lounge, work-from-home offices and concierge services. Confirm which renovations and features apply to the offered apartment. Ask about laundry and parking arrangements: a nearby parking garage does not establish an included space in the building. Include One India Street in your message to our rental team.

The Sudbury rental apartments

100 Sudbury Street · West End / Bulfinch Crossing

The Sudbury is an alternative outside the Financial District, in the West End/Bulfinch Crossing area. Its rental site lists a sky deck with a pool, cabanas and fire pits, fitness and yoga/Pilates spaces, lounges and work areas. Use 100 Sudbury Street for rental inquiries; the wider development also includes a condominium portion. Compare the actual apartment’s plan and view, and confirm which amenities and charges apply to your lease.

Troy Boston

55 Traveler Street · South End

Troy Boston is in the South End, a separate location from the Financial District. Its studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes have in-home laundry, quartz counters and closet systems. Shared facilities include rooftop terraces, an outdoor pool, fitness and yoga spaces, a club room and bicycle storage. Consider it if the South End also fits your search. Compare your actual trip to work and total monthly cost before treating it as an interchangeable downtown address.

Compare the full monthly cost.

Request a written quote for the specific apartment, move-in date and lease length. Ask whether the quoted monthly price includes required charges, and list utilities, parking, pet charges and optional services separately.

Keep one-time move-in costs separate from your monthly budget. If a discount is offered, check when payments are due, how long it lasts and what rent applies afterward. Confirm the cost and booking process for an elevator or loading area if you need one.

Check the apartment before choosing a lease.

Office entrance and travel hours

Check the trip to the entrance you use, including any transit transfers. Test the return trip if you work late or on weekends.

Apartment layout and work space

Compare galley and open kitchens, bedroom separation, closet storage and space for your desk. Ask about hours and booking rules for shared work rooms.

Services and their costs

Ask which lobby, laundry, cleaning, guest-suite or parking services apply to your lease. Request any separate charges and booking requirements in writing.
