Tell us about your
Financial District apartment search.

Name Financial District, your rent budget, bedrooms, bathrooms and move-in date. Include pets, parking, laundry and any stairs or elevator needs.

Send any apartment address or listing link and the work, hospital or campus entrance you need to reach. Tell us whether your dates or acceptable areas can change.

Your contact details

I agree to be contacted by Boston City Properties via call, email, and text for real estate services. To opt out, you can reply 'stop' at any time or reply 'help' for assistance. This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties, not an application or reservation. Ask our team which documents are needed before sending private financial records.

Compare the apartment.
Then the full cost.

Ask about the offered home’s rooms, entrance, storage and laundry. Compare rent, utilities, recurring charges, move-in payments and the actual lease dates.

An area or building guide is not a vacancy list. Ask our rental team about a particular apartment and move-in date.

Compare the studio, loft and condo rental by its rooms

Ask for the offered floor plan, enclosed bedroom arrangement, laundry and storage. Compare a smaller studio with a loft-style or larger apartment using its actual usable space and full lease cost. A taller mixed-use building does not establish identical homes, amenities or rental terms.

Your office address is not the apartment address

If Pearl Street, High Street, Congress Street or another downtown destination matters, send the exact office entrance and proposed home address. Check the walking or transit route for your schedule, including the return trip. A street containing offices is not evidence that every building there offers rental apartments.

Buying instead of renting?

Tell our buying team about the Financial District home or address you are considering, your price range and purchase timeline. The rental inquiry above is not a condo sales search or an offer of a particular home.

The apartment and your routine

Check the details
you will live with.

Ask whether the quote includes utilities, parking, lobby services or other recurring charges. Compare downtown alternatives by their actual locations rather than treating every downtown address as a Financial District home.

Ask for the written terms

Check lease dates, utilities, pet rules, parking and shared facilities for the offered apartment. Ask for any required recurring charges and move-in costs separately.

Need a furnished or temporary rental?

Share the exact dates and furniture you need. An appliance list does not establish that an apartment is furnished or offered for a shorter lease.
