Fenway · Office space · Lease, buy or market
Looking for Fenway office space? Tell our commercial team whether you want to lease, buy or offer a property, along with the location, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
Compare Fenway-Kenmore offices by the actual entrance and daily journey, including Kenmore Square, West Fenway or Audubon Circle where relevant. If access to Longwood or Back Bay matters, identify that need in your inquiry. A nearby district is not proof of a cheaper or more suitable office.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.

Compare before committing
Tell us your floor area, budget, rooms, class or building requirements and whether you want to lease or buy. Inspect the actual suite and services. Old neighborhood-wide building totals cannot establish today’s available choices.
Discuss rent, fit-out, services, renewal and other proposed terms rather than only the opening price. Concessions depend on the actual offer and parties. Ask an attorney to review the documents before committing.
Ask how repairs, access and building services are handled. If appropriate, seek existing tenants’ experience. A desirable neighborhood or attractive quote is not a substitute for checking how the building operates.
Class A, B and C labels can help organize an office search, but they do not establish a particular building’s condition or suitability. Compare the actual suite, elevators, heating and cooling, security, management, parking and internet service. Ask which services are included and which cost extra.
Ask for the quoted area, rent period, base rent and separate operating charges. Compare utilities, parking, repairs, improvements and deposits, not just the headline rent. Discuss the term, renewal, expansion and sublease terms with our commercial team and have your attorney review the proposed agreement.
If you expect to occupy the property for years, compare a purchase with leasing. Review financing, taxes, insurance, maintenance and required improvements with the appropriate professionals. Ownership does not guarantee lower costs, tax savings or appreciation; renting unused space to others also requires review of the property and agreement.
If you own an office suite, building or mixed-use property, send our team its address, floor area, current use, occupancy and your sale or leasing plans. We can discuss how to describe the premises and compare relevant properties. Do not treat an old asking price, regional vacancy figure or growth forecast as today’s value.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the office with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your lender about financing and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
