Five Fenway rental communities.

Read the building guides, then ask our team about a particular apartment and your move-in dates. Features and lease terms depend on the home you choose.

1330 Boylston

1330 Boylston Street

One-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with in-home laundry. The community lists a rooftop pool and sundeck, a courtyard, a resident lounge, a fitness center and garage parking. Balconies and terraces belong to selected homes. Ask for the actual apartment’s floor plan and outdoor-space details.

Pierce Boston rentals

200 Brookline Avenue

This building has rental apartments and separately owned condos; the linked guide covers rentals. The rental community lists in-home laundry, a rooftop pool, an 18th-floor lounge, fitness facilities and a conference room. Confirm the offered rental’s layout, finishes and amenity access rather than assuming every home has the same features.

The Harlo

1350 Boylston Street

Studio through three-bedroom apartments, including loft and duplex options. The community lists in-home laundry, a rooftop terrace, coworking space, a fitness center and private dining areas. Private terraces and balconies are selected-home features. Check any stairs within the apartment and the floor plan’s bedroom separation.

Van Ness

1335 Boylston Street

Studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with in-home laundry. The community lists a rooftop lounge with grilling areas, a fitness center, a workout studio, a conference room and a pet spa. Private terraces are available in selected homes. Confirm the residential entrance at 1335 Boylston Street when arranging a visit.

Fenway Triangle

180 Brookline Avenue

Studio through three-bedroom layouts with in-home laundry. The community lists a courtyard, game room, fitness center, business lounge and underground parking. Some layouts include private outdoor space. Compare the actual plan’s closets, bedroom separation and room for a desk or dining table.

Compare rent, parking and move-in costs.

Ask for a written quote for the apartment, your move-in date and lease length. Compare rent, required monthly charges, utilities and parking. Check any pet or amenity charges that apply to your home and the services you will use.

Keep one-time move-in costs separate from monthly payments. If a concession is offered, ask for the payment schedule and the rent you will pay when it ends. Compare the full lease cost before choosing by an advertised discount.

Check your commute, apartment and amenities.

Your route to Longwood Medical Area or campus

Test the trip from the apartment’s entrance to the hospital, workplace or campus entrance you use. Check it at your usual arrival and departure times, using current transit schedules. A general claim that a building is near Longwood Medical Area does not establish the commute to your particular destination.

Noise at your windows

Visit at the times you expect to be home. If game or event crowds matter to your search, check the surroundings during an event as well. Ask to see the actual apartment and consider its floor and window exposure; a neighborhood label does not tell you how that room sounds.

Rooms, storage and outdoor space

Request the actual floor plan and photographs. Check room dimensions, closets, laundry and any stairs within a loft or duplex. Confirm whether a balcony or terrace belongs to the apartment or is shared with the building.

The pool, gym and workspaces

Confirm hours, guest rules, reservations and any charges for the facilities you need. Ask whether those spaces will be available during your lease. For parking, confirm the location, access arrangements and total price.
