Apartment rental inquiry
Include bedrooms, lease length and a building or apartment you like. Add your work or campus address and any parking, pet, laundry, elevator or furnishing needs. If you plan to share the apartment, tell us whether you need enclosed bedrooms and space for separate desks.
Contact Amo Realty - Boston City Properties about your rental search. This inquiry does not submit a rental application, reserve an apartment or register you for a housing waiting list.
Compare the buildings below, then ask our team about the home and dates you need. These descriptions are not a list of apartments currently available.
40 East Pier Drive · East Boston
Portside includes different buildings and apartment collections along the harbor. Its operator lists an indoor pool, fitness and spin facilities, study rooms, a children’s playroom and pet facilities. Ask which building and collection the quote covers, and confirm the offered home’s laundry, balcony, storage and outlook. Some apartments have income restrictions; ask whether the home you are discussing has separate eligibility or application requirements. Check the entrance-to-Maverick trip for your schedule.
63 Lewis Street · East Boston
Use the rental community’s 63 Lewis Street address when discussing Clippership Apartments on the Wharf. The operator describes studios through three-bedroom homes, in-home laundry and private patios or balconies in selected apartments. Shared facilities include workstations, waterfront lounges, a fitness center, pet wash, garage and landscaped outdoor areas. Confirm the actual view and private outdoor space. Ask about garage charges and any fees or reservations for facilities you plan to use.
10 New Street · East Boston
The Eddy’s shared facilities include a harbor-facing terrace with a pool, a rooftop deck, conference rooms, a music room, fitness facilities, dog wash and secure garage parking. The operator also lists staffed concierge and package receiving. Check the apartment’s windows and orientation separately from the shared roof-deck views. For working from home, compare desk space inside the apartment with access to conference rooms, including hours and booking rules.
Request a written quote for the specific apartment, move-in date and lease length. Ask whether the quoted monthly price includes required charges, and list utilities, parking, pet charges and optional services separately.
Keep one-time move-in costs separate from your monthly budget. If a discount is offered, check when payments are due, how long it lasts and what rent applies afterward. Confirm the cost and booking process for an elevator or loading area if you need one.
Ask for photos or a tour of the offered home. Compare the windows, direction and floor; views from a roof deck or model apartment may be different.
Confirm the entrance and walking route before comparing trips to work or campus. Include transfers and the trip home, rather than relying on a broad downtown-access description.
Ask whether the quoted home includes outdoor space you can sit on. Confirm access, hours and reservations for shared terraces, pools and lounges.
Tell our buying team your price range, preferred address and purchase timeline. For a condominium, ask about ownership costs, association documents and rental restrictions. The rental properties above do not establish which homes are for sale.
Share your dates, budget and the apartment or building you want to discuss. Include the floor plan, features and commute you need so our rental team can focus on your search.
