Looking for Concord office space? Tell our commercial team whether you want to lease, buy or offer a property, along with the location, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
Compare Concord Center, West Concord and the Old Road to Nine Acre Corner area by the work you need to do and the address you can use. Concord’s business-district resources distinguish these settings. A historic building or proximity to Hanscom Field does not establish office permission, customer demand or a short airport journey.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
Compare before committing
Check entrances, services, room sizes and alterations needed for your work. Ask what approvals apply to changes in an older building. A distinctive façade can be useful to your business, but does not establish a practical or permitted office interior.
If buying or leasing more space than you need immediately, compare the carrying cost with realistic expansion plans. Establish whether another business could use spare rooms and under what agreement. Occupancy by another tenant is not guaranteed income.
An existing office, an office condominium and proposed new premises carry different costs and delivery risks. Ask about inspections, financing, use permission and any proposed work before committing. Ownership does not remove restrictions on alterations.
Class A, B and C labels can help organize an office search, but they do not establish a particular building’s condition or suitability. Compare the actual suite, elevators, heating and cooling, security, management, parking and internet service. Ask which services are included and which cost extra.
Ask for the quoted area, rent period, base rent and separate operating charges. Compare utilities, parking, repairs, improvements and deposits, not just the headline rent. Discuss the term, renewal, expansion and sublease terms with our commercial team and have your attorney review the proposed agreement.
If you expect to occupy the property for years, compare a purchase with leasing. Review financing, taxes, insurance, maintenance and required improvements with the appropriate professionals. Ownership does not guarantee lower costs, tax savings or appreciation; renting unused space to others also requires review of the property and agreement.
If you own an office suite, building or mixed-use property, send our team its address, floor area, current use, occupancy and your sale or leasing plans. We can discuss how to describe the premises and compare relevant properties. Do not treat an old asking price, regional vacancy figure or growth forecast as today’s value.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the office with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your lender about financing and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
