Three Chinatown properties to compare.

Read the building guides below, then ask our team about the home and dates you need. These comparisons describe the properties; they are not a list of apartments currently available.

The Kensington

665 Washington Street

The Kensington lists open one-bedroom, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and penthouse layouts, with in-home washers and dryers, walk-in closets and recycled-glass kitchen countertops. Its shared facilities include a pool deck with grills, fitness center, yoga studio, work and meeting spaces, a library and pet facilities. The operator also lists concierge service and a private parking garage. Compare the actual bedroom separation in an open layout, and ask which penthouse upgrades or parking arrangements apply to the home you are considering.

Radian

120 Kingston Street

Radian’s Kingston Street address is near the Greenway and the Leather District. Radian lists in-home laundry and oversized windows; built-in closet organizers and custom pantries are listed for selected homes. Shared facilities include work lounges, a resident lounge with a catering kitchen, a media room, fitness center and a furnished guest suite. Garage parking, electric-vehicle charging, bicycle storage and an on-call concierge are also listed. Ask about guest-suite reservations, parking charges and the specific apartment’s windows and storage.

One Greenway

99 Kneeland Street

Compare One Greenway’s studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts by room dimensions and space for a desk or dining table. The operator advertises open living areas, oversized windows and built-in workspaces; ask which features the offered apartment includes. Shared facilities include a rooftop terrace with a fire pit and sundeck, fitness center, yoga studio, Wi-Fi lounge, conference room and pet wash station. Electric-vehicle charging and storage are also listed. Confirm access and any separate charges. Ask to see the view from the offered apartment.

Compare the full monthly cost.

Request a written quote for the specific apartment, move-in date and lease length. Ask whether the quoted monthly price includes required charges, and list utilities, parking, pet charges and optional services separately.

Keep one-time move-in costs separate from your monthly budget. If a discount is offered, check when payments are due, how long the discount lasts and what rent applies afterward. Confirm the cost and booking process for an elevator or loading area if you need one.

Check the apartment before choosing a lease.

Bedrooms and room dimensions

Request the floor plan and dimensions for the offered home. Check whether bedrooms are enclosed, where desks would fit and how much storage you would have. For an open one-bedroom, check the bedroom walls and doors before deciding whether the layout gives you enough privacy.

Laundry, windows and outdoor space

Confirm whether laundry is inside the apartment or shared, and how you would reach it. Ask to see the actual windows and view. If outdoor space matters, distinguish a private balcony or patio from a shared terrace or pool deck.

Parking and shared facilities

Ask whether a parking space is available for your dates, its monthly cost and how you access it. Confirm hours, charges and reservations for fitness rooms, workspaces, guest accommodation and outdoor facilities you plan to use.

Pets and lease requirements

Confirm pet rules and charges for the particular home, along with any shorter-lease or furnishing needs. Ask which formal application and eligibility requirements apply. A conversation with our rental team does not replace a rental application.
