Chelsea · Office space · Lease, buy or market
Looking for Chelsea office space? Tell our commercial team whether you want to lease, buy or offer a property, along with the location, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
Tell us whether you prefer Bellingham Square, another Chelsea address or a route convenient for your staff and clients. Compare older and newer premises by their actual condition and services. If Logan Airport or nearby cities matter to the business, test that journey rather than assuming a short travel time.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
Compare before committing
Send your preferred area, floor area, budget and timing. Include parking, storage, visitors and internet needs. A photograph of an older building or a broad neighborhood description does not establish an office vacancy or suitable suite.
If buying to adapt the interior to your business, compare costs, use approvals and building or condominium restrictions. If leasing, ask about permitted alterations and reinstatement at the end. Ownership does not remove every restriction on signage or redesign.
Owners with unused office space can ask our team about leasing it out or selling. Confirm the premises, permissions and agreement before treating it as rental stock. Compare proposed income with vacancy, fit-out and operating costs; an additional tenant is not guaranteed.
Class A, B and C labels can help organize an office search, but they do not establish a particular building’s condition or suitability. Compare the actual suite, elevators, heating and cooling, security, management, parking and internet service. Ask which services are included and which cost extra.
Ask for the quoted area, rent period, base rent and separate operating charges. Compare utilities, parking, repairs, improvements and deposits, not just the headline rent. Discuss the term, renewal, expansion and sublease terms with our commercial team and have your attorney review the proposed agreement.
If you expect to occupy the property for years, compare a purchase with leasing. Review financing, taxes, insurance, maintenance and required improvements with the appropriate professionals. Ownership does not guarantee lower costs, tax savings or appreciation; renting unused space to others also requires review of the property and agreement.
If you own an office suite, building or mixed-use property, send our team its address, floor area, current use, occupancy and your sale or leasing plans. We can discuss how to describe the premises and compare relevant properties. Do not treat an old asking price, regional vacancy figure or growth forecast as today’s value.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the office with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your lender about financing and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
