Talk with our rental team

Tell us about your
Cambridge apartment search.

Name Cambridge, your rent budget, bedrooms, bathrooms and move-in date. Include pets, parking, laundry and any stairs or elevator needs.

If you have a home in mind, send its address or listing link and the destination you need to reach. Name other acceptable areas if your location is flexible.

Your contact details

I agree to be contacted by Boston City Properties via call, email, and text for real estate services. To opt out, you can reply 'stop' at any time or reply 'help' for assistance. You can also click the unsubscribe link in the emails. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties, not an application or reservation. Ask our team which documents are needed before sending private financial records.

Compare the home.
Then the full cost.

Ask about rent, utilities, recurring charges, move-in payments and offered lease dates. Check the actual rooms, entrance, storage and laundry before comparing apartments.

A building guide is not a vacancy list. Ask our rental team about a specific home and move-in date.

Former names need the building address

The original list includes names that have changed. Its retained Hanover at Cambridge Park link leads to Windsor at Cambridge Park at 160 Cambridge Park Drive; Avalon North Point leads to Elevate Cambridge at 1 Leighton Street. Specify the address when you inquire rather than treating a similar property name as interchangeable.

Compare the apartment, not a general price label

The earlier guide compared Hanover CambridgePark and Walden Park. Ask about the particular home’s bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, storage and shared facilities. The old claim that one community is cheaper and includes a free fitness center is not a current cost comparison.

Compare a Cambridge studio with a loft or larger plan

Compare enclosed rooms, usable floor area and the full rent and utility cost. If Harvard Street, Concord Avenue, Oxford Street or another Cambridge location is under consideration, share the full address and the campus or work entrance you need to reach. A studio is not guaranteed to be cheaper, and a loft label does not establish an extra bedroom.

Buying instead of renting? Talk with our buying team about the Cambridge home you want to purchase. The rental inquiry above is not a condo sales search or an offer of a particular home.

The apartment and your routine

Check the details
you will live with.

Harvard and MIT can involve different daily destinations. Name the specific campus building or work address. Check current apartment-to-destination travel and your required arrival time; a Cambridge location alone does not prove a convenient commute.

Ask for the written terms

Check lease dates, utilities, pet rules, parking and shared facilities for the offered home. Earlier apartment examples and prices are not current offers.
