About Rivermark

The original Boston City Properties guide called this community 808 Memorial Drive. Cambridge and the current property operator identify the same 808–812 Memorial Drive complex as Rivermark. The city describes 300 apartments overlooking the Charles River, with affordability preserved in perpetuity. A substantial renovation of apartments, building systems and shared spaces finished in 2023.

The current owner lists one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. The original guide focused on one- and two-bedroom homes and described river views, balconies, a playground, garage parking, laundry and a fitness center. Current owner and city sources also identify bike storage, controlled entry, a community room, a courtyard and a rooftop terrace.
