Apartment rental inquiry
Include bedrooms, lease length and a building or apartment you like. Add your work or campus address and any parking, pet, laundry, elevator or furnishing needs. If you will share the apartment, tell us whether you need enclosed bedrooms and space for separate desks.
Contact Amo Realty - Boston City Properties about your rental search. This inquiry does not submit a rental application, reserve an apartment or register you for a housing waiting list.
Read the building guides below, then ask our team about the apartment and dates you need. These comparisons describe the properties; they are not a list of apartments currently available.
165 Cambridge Park Drive
Fuse lists in-home laundry, a heated pool, fitness and yoga facilities, workspaces and a conference room. The community also lists garage parking, electric-vehicle charging and bicycle storage. If you need space to work from home, compare the apartment’s room dimensions with the shared workspace options. Ask which facilities and parking arrangements your lease includes, and ask what you would see from the apartment’s windows.
223 Concord Turnpike
Vox on Two lists studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts with in-home laundry. Balconies, gas fireplaces and office space are features of selected homes. Shared facilities include a pool and spa, fitness center, courtyards and a business and conference center. Confirm whether the particular apartment has the features you need. Ask about parking availability and charges, and check your route from the building entrance to your destination.
80 Fawcett Street
Atmark is in the Fresh Pond area of West Cambridge. The operator lists studio, one- and two-bedroom homes with in-home laundry; balconies, patios and fireplaces are available in selected apartments. The property lists a pool, rooftop deck, coworking spaces and garage parking. It also advertises a resident shuttle to Alewife. Confirm the current timetable and how it fits your daily trip, along with the walk or ride you would use when the shuttle is not running.
249 Third Street
The community combines a refurbished factory with newer additions. The operator lists loft-style features, a rooftop deck, fitness and yoga facilities, workspaces and conference rooms. In-home washers and dryers are available in selected homes, and the community also has a shared laundry facility. Ask which part of the property contains the apartment, whether its bedrooms are enclosed, and whether it has private or shared laundry. The layouts and finishes can differ across the property.
240 Sidney Street
Chroma is in Cambridgeport and lists studio through three-bedroom apartments with in-home laundry. Selected homes have townhouse-style layouts and private patios. Shared facilities include a landscaped courtyard, lounge, fitness center and rooftop deck, with garage and bicycle parking also listed. Confirm the exact layout and outdoor space for the apartment you are considering. Ask what parking costs and which amenities your lease includes.
Request a written quote for the apartment, your dates and lease length. Compare rent, required monthly charges, utilities and any parking, pet or amenity charges that apply to the home.
Keep one-time move-in costs separate. If a discount is offered, ask when payments are due and what rent applies after it ends. Confirm how you would move in, including elevator reservations if needed.
Use your exact work or campus address when comparing the trip. Check the station or bus stop you would use, any transfers and the journey home. If a building advertises a shuttle, ask about its current stops, operating days and timetable before relying on it.
Request the actual floor plan and room dimensions. For a loft, confirm whether bedrooms are enclosed and how much privacy the layout gives each person. Check in-home or shared laundry, storage and space for desks. Ask whether a balcony or patio belongs to the home.
Ask which gym, lounge, pool or roof deck your lease includes, with hours and any charges or reservations. Confirm whether a parking space is available, how you reach it and its monthly cost. For an electric vehicle, ask about charger access and any separate charges.
Confirm the pet rules and charges for the apartment. If you need furniture or a shorter lease, include that in your inquiry. Ask to see the actual apartment; a building photo may show a shared room or a different home.
Tell our buying team your price range, preferred location and purchase timeline. For a condominium, ask about ownership costs, association documents and rental restrictions. The rental buildings above do not establish which homes are for sale.
Share your dates, budget and the building or apartment you want to discuss. Include the features and commute you need so our rental team can focus on your search.
