Choose your floor plan
NOVA’s published floor plans include studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes. Its apartment amenities include a washer and dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, hardwood flooring and carpeting. Ask which finishes and rooms belong to the specific apartment; a community’s photo may show another layout.
Request room dimensions and check space for your bed, desk and storage. If you need furniture or a shorter lease, tell our team your dates and requirements so they can check the options for that stay.
Check amenities, parking and pets
The community lists a fitness center, clubhouse, dog park, barbecue and picnic area, bicycle racks, an elevator and package receiving. Covered and uncovered parking are listed separately.
Ask about amenity access and hours, the parking space you would use and any charges. Confirm the rules for your pet before choosing a home. Get a written quote for rent, required monthly charges, utilities and one-time move-in costs for your apartment and dates.
Ask about eligibility and applying
Boston’s 2023 income-restricted rental advertisement for a NOVA apartment is now marked closed. It does not show what is available now or establish eligibility rules for every apartment.
Ask our rental team whether the home you want has income eligibility requirements and a separate application process. Confirm the documents, deadlines and lease terms that apply to that home. The inquiry form above contacts Amo Realty / Boston City Properties; it is not the property’s housing application.
