These detached homes have two, three or four bedrooms and vary in size between approximately 1,000 and 2,000 square feet. Their price range is around $400,000 to $650,000. The majority of Little Neck homeowners are summer residents. If you're looking for an easygoing, quiet community to call home, then be sure to check out the homes in Little Neck.

Little Neck's Cottages have welcoming open floor plans. The living room and dining area features walls of windows that lights up the entire floor with natural light and give residents spectacular views of either the Ipswich River or the Atlantic Ocean. Every cottage has a view of the water. The living/dining room area has a little nook with large windows that can fit a large desk for anyone who wants to work from home or surf the Web while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

Many of these units feature eat-in kitchens that are filled with cabinets, counter space, and windows. These maple kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and range/oven. Some units have open kitchens with a breakfast bar.

The spacious bedrooms have high ceilings, nice-sized closets, and - you guessed it - more windows. With all of the windows, one might make the argument that the Little Neck cottages are the sunniest homes in the state!

Some homes have two floors. In these cottages, the bedrooms are located on the second floor. Other differences in Little Neck's cottages include garages and basement space.
