Little Neck Condominiums is a private community located on a 35-acre peninsula at the end of Little Neck Road. This community is made up of 166 quaint, year-round cottages. These detached homes have two, three or four bedrooms and vary in size between approximately 1,000 and 2,000 square feet. Their price range is around $400,000 to $650,000.
