Acton · Office space · Lease, buy or market
Find an Acton office that fits the work you do, not just a target square footage. Ask our commercial team about leasing, buying or marketing a property.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
Acton’s town planning material treats its villages and corridors separately. Compare an office near a village center with a roadside or industrial setting according to your employees, visitors and operational needs; one setting is not automatically better for every business.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
Compare before committing
Compare Acton Center, North Acton, East Acton, South Acton and West Acton according to the address and the work you need to do. Use the town’s village and corridor plans to understand an address, then check entrances, sidewalks, parking and your actual travel route. The Route 2A and village-center searches should not be treated as interchangeable.
Specify whether you need ordinary office, medical, banking, retail, restaurant, warehouse or manufacturing premises. Tell us which use you need. A former mill or larger industrial building may require different services and approvals from an ordinary office; an office-space page does not certify suitability for those other uses.
For a client-facing office, compare visitor parking, signage and the route to the entrance. For an internal team, compare usable floor area, internet and the expense of changing the layout. Ask about direct leases and subleases separately and verify the current terms for the specific suite.
Class A, B and C labels can help organize an office search, but they do not establish a particular building’s condition or suitability. Compare the actual suite, elevators, heating and cooling, security, management, parking and internet service. Ask which services are included and which cost extra.
Ask for the quoted area, rent period, base rent and separate operating charges. Compare utilities, parking, repairs, improvements and deposits, not just the headline rent. Discuss the term, renewal, expansion and sublease terms with our commercial team and have your attorney review the proposed agreement.
If you expect to occupy the property for years, compare a purchase with leasing. Review financing, taxes, insurance, maintenance and required improvements with the appropriate professionals. Ownership does not guarantee lower costs, tax savings or appreciation; renting unused space to others also requires review of the property and agreement.
If you own an office suite, building or mixed-use property, send our team its address, floor area, current use, occupancy and your sale or leasing plans. We can discuss how to describe the premises and compare relevant properties. Do not treat an old asking price, regional vacancy figure or growth forecast as today’s value.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the office with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your lender about financing and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
