Woburn · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Woburn commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Woburn, compare Cambridge Road professional premises with Olympia Avenue and West Cummings Park space. Tell our team whether you need one office suite, customer-facing premises, an industrial unit or a whole investment property.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
The earlier 304 Cambridge Road office description included several spaces within one building. Identify the legal unit, usable floor area, floor access, utilities, parking and fit-out. A former restaurant-oriented description or liquor-license reference does not establish an available license or permission for your business.
Olympia Avenue and 200 West Cummings Park descriptions included different shared services and layouts. Ask for the actual floor area and unit, parking rights, loading, utilities, maintenance and written charges. Lot acreage is not usable floor space; old included-service and tenant lists are not current lease terms.
Our earlier Woburn guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
