Talk with our rental team

Tell us about your
West End studio apartment search.

Tell us your preferred area, rent budget, bathrooms and move-in date. Say whether you need open living and sleeping space or a separate bedroom. Include pets, parking, laundry and any stairs or elevator needs.

Send any apartment address or listing link and the work, hospital or campus entrance you need to reach. Tell us whether your dates or acceptable areas can change.

This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties, not an application or reservation. Ask our team which documents are needed before sending private financial records.

Then the full cost.

Ask about the offered home’s rooms, entrance, storage and laundry. Compare rent, utilities, recurring charges, move-in payments and the actual lease dates.

An area or building guide is not a vacancy list. Ask our rental team about a particular apartment and move-in date.

Compare the floor plan in a larger building

Ask about sleeping and living space, kitchen, storage, laundry and the actual windows. If a listing names Emerson Place, Asteria, Avenir or Vesta, send the home address and plan. A high-rise or full-service description does not establish the same view, services or studio availability throughout the property.

Use the Emerson Place, Merrimac or Staniford Street entrance

Send your work, hospital or other destination and travel hours. Check the actual route to North Station, Massachusetts General Hospital, the river or Thoreau Path, including crossings. Not every transit line or destination is reached by the same trip from every home.

Buying instead of renting?

Tell our buying team about the West End home or address you are considering, your price range and purchase timeline. The rental inquiry above is not a condo sales search or an offer of a particular home.

The apartment and your routine

Check the details
you will live with.

Ask about parking, pet policies, included services and current written charges. Compare an owner’s studio condo lease with a managed-community offer by the rules for that home.

Ask for the written terms

Check lease dates, utilities, pet rules, parking and shared facilities for the offered apartment. Ask for any required recurring charges and move-in costs separately.

Need a furnished or temporary rental?

Share the exact dates and furniture you need. An appliance list does not establish that an apartment is furnished or offered for a shorter lease.
