Watertown · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Watertown commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Watertown, compare Grove Street, Talcott Avenue and Galen Street offices with Arsenal Street retail. A campus office, mixed-use ground-floor shop and whole investment property need different premises and agreement checks.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.

The old Grove Street, Arsenal on the Charles and Riverbend Office Park descriptions involved different properties. Establish the legal unit, usable area, floor access, shared facilities, utilities, parking and fit-out. Former redevelopment descriptions do not establish present room configuration or vacancy.
The original discussed Watertown Mall and retail alongside residential projects on Arsenal Street. Ask about the exact unit, frontage, loading, parking rights and written costs. Apartments above a shop do not make the commercial unit part of an apartment-rental offer.
The Pleasant Street, former Arsenal Street bank and residential-project stories are historical. A restaurant-conversion proposal or past developer plan does not establish permission, completion or available premises now.
Our earlier Watertown guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
