Waterfront, Boston · Apartment rentals
Tell Amo Realty - Boston City Properties about your cat or dog, monthly rent budget and move-in date. Our rental team can help you compare Waterfront apartment options and the pet-policy questions for the home you want.
Talk with our rental team
In your message, include your pet details, rent budget, bedrooms, bathrooms and move-in date. Send the apartment address or building name if you already have one in mind.
This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties. It does not apply for a home, reserve an apartment or confirm that a pet is accepted.
Compare the home and location
Start with the apartment address and your household’s needs. Building guides and area descriptions are not a list of available homes or a promise that your pet will be accepted.
The original page alternated the names Waterside Place and Waterside Palace. Our guide identifies Waterside Place by Windsor at 505 Congress Street in the Seaport. Compare the specific apartment’s bedroom and bathroom count and lease features; an old pet-care description does not promise a service included with the home.
Park Lane Seaport was the second original example. Its guide describes the Seaport address, not every part of Boston’s waterfront. Ask our rental team about the offered home’s pet conditions, parking and actual facilities; the old two-pet and combined-weight wording is not current approval.
Send the building or street you want to compare. The original examples are in the Seaport; if you mean a different stretch of Boston’s waterfront, say which one. A waterfront label does not establish a water view, outdoor access or the same trip to downtown.
The apartment and your routine
Start with the exact apartment address when comparing waterfront rentals. Check the offered floor plan, outlook, entrance and route outdoors. Ask about any shared terrace, pet-care facility or parking arrangement separately rather than treating an old neighborhood description as part of the lease.
Check the actual floor plan, stairs or elevator, laundry and route outdoors. A shared courtyard, terrace or pet area is different from a private outdoor space and may have its own use rules.
Ask for the apartment’s rent, lease dates, recurring charges and payments due before moving in. Clarify what is included and what is optional rather than relying on an old advertised price or an amenity list.
Tell our rental team your dates, budget and pet details. Include a property or street you like and which requirements cannot change.
