Dorchester and Columbia Point · College housing
UMass Boston lists its address as 100 Morrissey Boulevard. Its university history identifies the campus on Columbia Point in Dorchester. Compare the apartment entrance with your class building rather than treating all Dorchester homes as next to campus.

This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties, not a university housing office. It does not apply for a home, reserve an apartment or confirm university or landlord approval.
Choose the campus. Compare the home.
The original guide compared homes around the campus with addresses farther into Dorchester, including Freeport Street and Talbot Avenue. Name the streets you would consider and check the full route to your building, including any walk, transfer or shuttle connection.
The original page included studios, lofts, condos, rowhouses and larger apartment communities. Ask about the offered home’s actual layout, laundry, access and parking. A Dorchester Bay setting does not establish a water view or a particular building amenity.

The apartment and your routine
Send the time you need to arrive on campus and any second work destination. Compare the return trip too. If you need furnishing, a shorter stay, parking or a pet-friendly home, say so and ask what is offered for your dates rather than assuming a student-area rental includes it.
Ask for rent, lease start and end dates, utilities, recurring charges and payments due before moving in. Check the actual bedrooms, shared space and written lease requirements rather than relying on an old advertised price.
Talk with our buying team about your purchase budget, timing and intended use. Ask about condominium rules, costs and any future rental restrictions. Buying does not guarantee investment returns or a tenant after graduation.
Tell our rental team your campus address, dates, budget and must-haves. Name any nearby areas you would also consider so the search follows your needs.
