Amo Realty - Boston City Properties

Tell Amo Realty whether you are looking to buy a triple-net investment property or lease space for your business. Include your preferred Massachusetts locations, budget and timing.
A triple-net, or NNN, description is a starting point for questions about rent and expenses. Read the actual lease and property documents with your advisers rather than treating the label as a complete account of your obligations.
Ask for the lease, tenant and occupancy information, rent schedule, expense records and building-condition information for the property you are considering. Compare the documented income and obligations with the purchase price and your planned costs.
Review lease expiry dates, renewal terms, repair responsibilities and what could happen if the space becomes vacant. A long lease or a recognizable tenant name does not by itself establish a reliable return or easy financing.
Compare base rent with taxes, insurance, maintenance and other charges described in the proposed agreement. Ask how expenses are calculated and whether estimates can change.
Discuss the space you need, the planned use, access, build-out and occupancy date with our commercial team. Have your attorney review the lease and obtain the specialist advice needed for the property before signing.
A search in Back Bay, Downtown Boston or the Seaport can involve different building types and business requirements from a search in Worcester, Springfield or another Massachusetts community. Tell us which locations would work for you.
Send any property link or address you have already found. We can discuss the search and next steps; this page does not advertise a currently offered building or provide a verified NNN listing feed.
For a purchase, include the type of investment you are considering and the documents you want to review. For a lease, include the business use, space needs, lease timing and expected work.
Amo Realty / Boston City Properties handles the brokerage inquiry. Confirm financing, legal and tax questions with the appropriate advisers rather than relying on an earlier marketing example.
