Your inquiry goes to Amo Realty’s brokerage team. It does not reserve a condo or contact the condominium association.
Tidewatch · New Seabury
The Peninsula Council’s history of New Seabury identifies Tidewatch as a condominium community. Use the exact unit address when asking about a purchase; the community name alone does not identify a home or establish that it is for sale.
Looking to rent rather than buy? Use our apartment rental inquiry and tell Amo Realty your move-in date, monthly budget and bedroom needs. This Tidewatch page is a condo-buying guide, not a rental availability list.
Before choosing a Tidewatch condo
A Tidewatch community description cannot tell you the condition or layout of an individual home. Send the complete address and unit number. Ask for the floor plan, arrange a viewing and compare the stairs, entrances, storage and outdoor space that matter to your purchase.
Request the current condo fee, any assessments, the association’s financial information and its insurance documents. Ask which maintenance responsibilities belong to the owner and which belong to the association. Compare those costs alongside the price of the particular condo, not an old fee quoted for another unit.
Ask which parking and outdoor areas come with the condo and which are shared. If beach access, recreation facilities or club membership matters to you, ask for the written terms that apply to that unit. A New Seabury location does not, by itself, establish those rights.
Tell Amo Realty whether you want a year-round home, a second home or a property you may rent out. Request the current association rules before assuming your planned use is permitted. Our buying inquiry is for discussing a purchase; it is not an association approval or a rental application.
Community identity: Peninsula Council’s history of New Seabury, checked October 7, 2026. Current units, fees and association rules are not supplied by that historical account.
