In your message, include your pet details, rent budget, bedrooms, bathrooms and move-in date. Send the apartment address or building name if you already have one in mind.
This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties. It does not apply for a home, reserve an apartment or confirm that a pet is accepted.
Compare the home and location
Start with the apartment address and your household’s needs. Building guides and area descriptions are not a list of available homes or a promise that your pet will be accepted.
The original Theatre District pet guide included The Arlington. Our guide identifies 100 Arlington Street near the Back Bay–Bay Village edge. If you would consider that address, compare the offered floor plan and current animal conditions. The old one-bedroom-only wording is not a complete current inventory.
The old page incorrectly described Garrison Square as being in Dorchester. The operator lists its contact address as 7 Harcourt Street in Back Bay. Treat the linked guide as a separate nearby-area comparison, not a Theatre District-only listing or current pet approval.
If your search is focused on the Theatre District itself, send the exact destination and apartment addresses. Check the route to transit, the entrance, windows and room layout. Nearby evening venues do not establish the home’s noise level or walking time.
The apartment and your routine
Compare the exact address when a listing uses Theatre District, Back Bay or Bay Village language. Ask whether a pet spa or other advertised facility is actually included, then check written animal conditions for your home. A nearby venue or shared facility is not permission to keep a particular pet.
Check the actual floor plan, stairs or elevator, laundry and route outdoors. A shared courtyard, terrace or pet area is different from a private outdoor space and may have its own use rules.
Ask for the apartment’s rent, lease dates, recurring charges and payments due before moving in. Clarify what is included and what is optional rather than relying on an old advertised price or an amenity list.
Tell our rental team your dates, budget and pet details. Include a property or street you like and which requirements cannot change.
