Compare the home.
Then the full cost.

Ask about rent, utilities, recurring charges, move-in payments and offered lease dates. Check the actual rooms, entrance, storage and laundry before comparing apartments.

A building guide is not a vacancy list. Ask our rental team about a specific home and move-in date.

Vantage Pointe needs a specific property address

The earlier guide named Vantage Pointe alongside homes in Georgian, Cape and Victorian-style buildings. Send the address or listing link so our team can identify that community. A former smoke-free transition or pet policy does not establish the current lease rules.

A separate floor and a condo have different terms

Ask which entrance, laundry, storage, garage and outside areas belong to the lease. A room with a washer hookup is not proof of installed laundry, and a den is not automatically a bedroom. An individually rented condo also has owner and association requirements.

The apartment and your routine

Check the details
you will live with.

Check the apartment-to-station route and current service for the trip you need. Do not assume that every Swampscott rental has the same rail connection or a direct Blue Line journey.

Ask for the written terms

Check lease dates, utilities, pet rules, parking and shared facilities for the offered home. Earlier apartment examples and prices are not current offers.
