Sudbury · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Sudbury commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Sudbury, compare Boston Post Road office and retail premises with North Road or Union Avenue professional space. Keep a business occupancy search separate from buying land, an income property or a residential investment.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
Earlier North Road, Boston Post Road and Union Avenue descriptions covered different office sizes and layouts. Check the actual unit, rooms, entry, utilities, parking and fit-out. The old Union Avenue “four-bedroom suite” wording does not establish a residential use or an office floor plan.
The original discussed Mill Village Shopping Center, Sudbury Crossing and Sudbury Plaza. Compare the exact unit, frontage, loading, parking, written lease costs and requirements for your business. Old tenant lists and spaces quoted in the guide are not today’s vacancies.
The old guide mixed historic-area and residential-investment discussion with commercial premises and a former Raytheon redevelopment story. Its 2018–2019 completion forecasts, home prices and growth predictions are historical, not a current investment recommendation. Check the exact project and property rather than relying on those forecasts.
Our earlier Sudbury guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
