Stoughton · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Stoughton commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Stoughton, compare Park Street, Cabot Place and Old Maple Street offices with Washington Street shops and restaurants. Say whether you need premises for your own business, an income property or land.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
The old Cabot Place, Park Street and Old Maple Street examples involved different suite sizes and layouts. Check the unit, usable rooms, floor access, parking, utilities, shared services and fit-out. A previous medical advertisement does not establish suitability or permission for your use.
Washington Street examples included larger retail rooms, smaller suites and a former restaurant. Compare entry, signs, customer parking, deliveries, equipment and written costs. The earlier restaurant’s seating count is not today’s capacity or approval.
The original contrasted a Camden Street storage proposal, Turnpike Street residential land and Washington Street commercial land. Establish the parcel, services, condition and current requirements before planning a project; former advertised floor area is not a current buildable entitlement.
Our earlier Stoughton guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
