Looking to lease or buy Southborough commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Southborough, compare Turnpike Road offices and retail with Cordaville Road premises and a Southville Road office. State the exact address, required layout and whether you want an existing unit, a whole investment or land.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
The earlier Turnpike Road, Willow Street and Southville Road examples covered different office sizes and facilities. Check the actual unit, floor access, parking, utilities and equipment. A former laboratory-equipment description does not prove suitability for today’s lab or medical work.
Cordaville Road retail and flex descriptions raise entry, signs, loading and lease questions. The original 84–90 Turnpike Road land package mixed business and residential zoning; the 361 Turnpike Road concept also needs a current approval review. Do not treat all acreage as commercially developable.
Our earlier Southborough guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
