Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
Looking to buy a rental condo, a multifamily building or another South End investment? Tell Amo Realty your budget, timing and the address or part of the neighborhood you are considering.
Brownstones, converted loft buildings and newer condos can have different ownership costs and maintenance responsibilities. Compare the actual floor plan, condition and rights to parking or outdoor space before comparing asking prices.
Ask for leases, rent records, operating expenses and planned repairs for an income-producing property. For a condo, also review shared charges and the association documents.
The earlier guide compared subareas and used older rental and home-value figures. Those numbers are historical, not evidence of today’s rent, a property’s current value or a guaranteed investment return.
Our earlier account described converted industrial buildings in SoWa, residential examples on Harrison Avenue and pre-sale condos in Ink Block’s Sepia and Sienna developments. It discussed an anticipated 2015 occupancy period.
Those examples show what the old guide covered; they are not current pre-sale offers. Ask about the specific home’s ownership documents, layout, included facilities and current sale or rental status.
For a home to live in, contact our rental team with your move-in date, bedrooms, monthly budget and parking or pet requirements. Send a property link if you have one.
Ask Amo Realty about the actual apartment’s availability, lease dates and charges. The apartment-rental request is separate from buying a building or leasing space for a business.
The source guide also covered retail, office, warehouse, industrial and flexible-use property. If that is your search, tell our commercial team whether you want to buy or lease, the intended business use, required space and timing.
For a tenant, compare access, loading, parking, systems and work required to occupy the premises. For a purchaser, review the building’s condition, leases, costs and proposed use with the relevant professionals.
The old account contrasted Class A, B and C properties and discussed renovating existing buildings. Those labels do not by themselves establish the systems, costs, condition or suitability of a property.
Ask what rent or purchase terms include and what would be charged separately. Confirm any permitted use, construction work and lease or purchase obligations for the exact address before committing.
The earlier commercial discussion used examples on Cambridge Street, Newbury Street and at International Place, as well as industrial examples on Rivermoor Street and Dorchester Avenue. It also reported 2017 figures for regional highway corridors.
Those are broader Boston or regional references, not a list of South End properties offered here. Older office and industrial asking rents, vacancy figures and project descriptions should not be used as current availability or pricing.
If you need help marketing a property for sale or lease, describe the address, property type and work you need when you contact Amo Realty. Confirm the proposed brokerage services and fees.
If you are looking for ongoing management or specialist tax or legal help, say so separately and establish who will perform that work. This guide does not create a management agreement or promise financing, tenant income or a particular resale outcome.
