Talk with our rental team
In your message, include your pet details, rent budget, bedrooms, bathrooms and move-in date. Send the apartment address or building name if you already have one in mind.
This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties. It does not apply for a home, reserve an apartment or confirm that a pet is accepted.
Compare the home and location
Start with the apartment address and your household’s needs. Building guides and area descriptions are not a list of available homes or a promise that your pet will be accepted.
West Square was the original South Boston rental example. Use the guide to compare the specific apartment’s bedroom count, laundry, windows and shared facilities. The old ten-minute station walk, free gym, two-pet and 100-pound dog wording is not a current travel or lease promise.
Tell us whether you want a particular South Boston street, a Castle Island-area route or a Seaport workplace nearby. Compare the full trip from the apartment and the route outdoors. A waterfront destination elsewhere in Boston is not proof of features or pet access at a South Boston home.
Browse South Boston building guides. These guides describe properties, not current vacancies or pet approvals.
The apartment and your routine
For a South Boston rental, compare the actual block, entrance, floor plan and parking arrangements. If outdoor recreation is important, check the route and posted use rules at the place you plan to visit. Do not assume that a park nearby establishes animal permission in the apartment.
Check the actual floor plan, stairs or elevator, laundry and route outdoors. A shared courtyard, terrace or pet area is different from a private outdoor space and may have its own use rules.
Ask for the apartment’s rent, lease dates, recurring charges and payments due before moving in. Clarify what is included and what is optional rather than relying on an old advertised price or an amenity list.
Tell our rental team your dates, budget and pet details. Include a property or street you like and which requirements cannot change.
