off-campus search.

Use your message to name Simmons University, the actual campus or class address, your monthly budget, bedrooms and move-in date. If you are sharing, include how many people will live in the home.

Add laundry, parking, pet, furnishing or access needs. If you have an apartment address or building in mind, send it so the team can discuss that home rather than a campus-wide promise.

Ask for rent, lease start and end dates, utilities, recurring charges and payments due before moving in. Check the actual bedrooms, shared space and written lease requirements rather than relying on an old advertised price.
