Sharon · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Sharon commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Sharon, compare downtown Pond Street and South Main Street professional premises with larger office, industrial or retail requirements. Give our team the exact address and say whether you need a suite, a whole property or an investment.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
The old Pond Street and South Main Street examples differed from Commercial Street warehouse and office descriptions. Check the legal unit, usable area, parking, floor access, utilities and loading. A warehouse’s overall size does not establish an available unit or permission to redevelop it.
The earlier guide included Providence Highway, Merchant Street and Commercial Street references. Before comparing an offer, establish its municipality and exact premises; their appearance in an old Sharon guide does not verify that every address is in Sharon.
The original forecast a 2023 completion for a Providence Highway retail development. That forecast is not confirmation that it was completed, is in Sharon or has a vacant unit. South Main Street retail likewise needs a current property check.
Our earlier Sharon guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
