Scituate · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Scituate commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Scituate, compare harbor-area Brook Street, Cole Parkway and Front Street premises with New Driftway offices, Country Way properties and Gannett Road retail. Specify whether customer frontage, medical rooms, parking or deliveries are the priority.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
The earlier harbor offices differ from the larger New Driftway and Country Way buildings. Check the actual suite, floor access, shared rooms, utilities and fit-out. For a medical operation, discuss the requirements of that use rather than relying on a former medical advertisement.
Gannett Road retail, Cole Parkway mixed office/shop space and Front Street premises require a unit, entry and written-cost review. The Hood Road reference was residential-investment land: it is not evidence that a commercial or mixed-use project is approved.
Our earlier Scituate guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
