Saugus · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Saugus commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Saugus, compare Broadway office suites and larger retail premises with a former restaurant or land for development. State the actual address and distinguish the area available from the entire building or site.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
The earlier 5 Broadway, 1711–1715 Broadway and 999 Broadway descriptions involved different office layouts. Retail examples at 655 and 352 Broadway require a unit, entrance, parking, signage and loading check. Old views, shared amenities and suite sizes are not a present offer.
The earlier 670 Broadway sale included a restaurant business as well as property. Clarify which business assets and real-estate interests are included, along with occupancy, equipment and the requirements for continued or changed use.
The original mixed a Winston Street residential-development reference with Broadway and Bennett Highway commercial parcels. Check boundaries, services, constraints and approvals. A parcel’s acreage is not the permitted development footprint.
Our earlier Saugus guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
