Looking to lease or buy Salisbury commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Salisbury, compare Elm Street offices and retail with Beach Road, Lafayette Road and North End Boulevard premises. Explain whether your business needs a shop, professional rooms, a restaurant property or land.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
Earlier Elm Street premises differed from beach-area retail. Check usable rooms, entry, parking, deliveries, utilities and the customer trips your business depends on. The old visitor counts and rents do not establish current demand or costs.
Lafayette Road and Beach Road land descriptions included development and wetland claims that need current records. The original also alternated between 3 Bridge Road and 3 Bridge Street for a former repair property; do not assume they identify the same legal parcel.
Earlier 159 Beach Road, 183 North End Boulevard and 6 Elm Street descriptions involved different layouts and interests. Check the exact space, equipment, access and requirements for your operation. An old fast-food description is not blanket approval for a new restaurant.
Our earlier Salisbury guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
