Rockland · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Rockland commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Rockland, compare Hingham Street office complexes and Accord Park Drive suites with Union Street retail or Market Street service premises. Specify the unit or whole property and the access, parking and loading your work needs.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
The earlier Hingham Street, Ledgewood Place and Accord Park Drive examples involved different buildings and suites. Check the actual premises, floor access, shared facilities, utilities and fit-out. At 1099 Hingham Street, the original gave conflicting land and office-building descriptions; ask our team to establish the exact property and interest being offered.
Union Street restaurant and shop descriptions differ from former station or repair properties on Union Street and Market Street. Check storefront entry, signs, parking, equipment, condition and requirements for a new use. A former use does not authorize a conversion.
Our earlier Rockland guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
