This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.

Start with the location.
Check the actual space.

Revere is a city. Compare North Shore Road, Squire Road, Broadway, Shirley Avenue or another verified address by the premises. A beach setting, station or development proposal does not establish current availability, easy deliveries or future returns.

This is a commercial-property guide, not a live list of available units. Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria.

Compare before committing

The premises.
The agreement. The costs.

Existing premises and a proposed fit-out

Inspect frontage, entrance, sales floor, kitchen or other existing equipment, storage and services. Separate shop area from total building and land area. A former restaurant or flexible commercial label does not approve your intended use.

North Shore Road, Squire Road and Webster Avenue

The earlier guide described 1399 and 585 North Shore Road, 275 and 105 Squire Road, 185–189 Squire Road and 121 Webster Avenue. Those shop, restaurant, warehouse and shared-center examples are historical, not vacancies. Check the unit, entrance, services, loading and any shared parking rights rather than relying on whole-building size.

Shirley addresses, Broadway and Bellevue Avenue

Historical examples included 207 Shirley Avenue, 480 Shirley Street, 345 Broadway and land at 0 Bellevue Avenue. Confirm street and municipality for each; the older guide did not establish all of them as Revere premises. Old sea-view, condition, construction-permit and asking-price descriptions do not establish current facts or offered stock.

The complete rent and purchase quote

The earlier citywide rent and purchase averages and individual asking amounts are not current market data. Ask what a square-foot figure measures, whether it is annual or monthly, and which utilities, shared charges and opening work are additional. A redevelopment site needs different due diligence from a fitted shop.

Suffolk Downs and the former Necco-site reports

The older guide’s Suffolk Downs account was written while Amazon’s headquarters decision was still pending. Do not treat that expectation, proposed housing and retail totals, or predicted returns as current facts. Its 135 American Legion Highway / former Necco plant account likewise reported a 2017 transaction and possible redevelopment, not completed work or current premises. Consult current city project records for the actual proposal.

Search criteria and viewings

Tell our team whether you need a shop, restaurant, office, warehouse or redevelopment property, and give your size, budget, term and opening requirements. Ask about particular properties and appointments; the inquiry does not promise instant tours, unreleased stock, automatic zoning flexibility or a guaranteed investment return.

Lease costs and responsibilities

Request a written breakdown of base rent, taxes, insurance, utilities, maintenance and shared charges. Clarify annual versus monthly figures, rentable area, estimates and adjustments. Gross, net, modified and percentage lease labels do not replace the agreement or settle responsibility for larger repairs.

Buying while retaining operating funds

Compare financing, taxes, insurance, condition, repairs and opening work with the complete lease proposal. Retain money for stock and operations. Ownership does not guarantee appreciation, tax savings, fixed total costs or permission for alterations. Ask your lender about your actual business and property, not a universal credit-score or trading-history rule.

Term, fit-out and a later move

Ask about possession, deposits, building work, rent changes, renewal, assignment, subletting and exit conditions. Clarify who performs and pays for repairs. Leasing does not automatically provide free repairs or flexible relocation, and a fixed break-even rule does not decide whether buying suits your business.

The property and local review

Use the linked local resource as background, not approval for the premises. Ask the municipality about the actual business, signs and work. Nearby housing, employment and historic market statistics do not establish an available unit or expected shop sales.

Owners: offering a lease or sale

Send our commercial team the address, current use, floor area, condition, occupancy, existing commitments and timing. We can discuss property information, pricing, marketing and negotiations. Include leases and actual income and expenses for an occupied property; do not rely on a generic return forecast or promise of a quick transaction.

Before you sign or start work

Your use.
The written terms. The approvals.

Discuss the property with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your lender about financing and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A general location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.

A space for your business.
A plan for your property.

Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
