Ask our rental team about the specific rental apartment and its owner’s or building’s terms; the building name alone does not prove a home is available to rent.
If Revere Beach matters to your routine, compare the actual route from the apartment and check posted beach and public-space rules. Do not assume that pets are allowed on every part of a beach or that a nearby apartment has an ocean view. Ask separately about the home’s written pet terms.

The apartment and your routine
Revere is a separate city on the Boston-area coast, not east of the Atlantic Ocean as the old page said. Compare the apartment’s windows, floor plan, laundry, parking and route outdoors. Old Water’s Edge weight caps, pet charges and amenities are not a current offer.
Check the actual floor plan, stairs or elevator, laundry and route outdoors. A shared courtyard, terrace or pet area is different from a private outdoor space and may have its own use rules.
Ask for the apartment’s rent, lease dates, recurring charges and payments due before moving in. Clarify what is included and what is optional rather than relying on an old advertised price or an amenity list.
