Plymouth · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Plymouth commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Plymouth, specify Plymouth Center, North Plymouth, Manomet, Cedarville or the exact address. Downtown historic premises, State Road retail, industrial offices and land can involve very different customer, staff and delivery trips.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
Earlier Court Street and Samoset Street descriptions differed from Hedges Pond Road and Resnik Road development references. Check the actual unit, entrance, floor access, rooms, utilities and fit-out. A whole-town description does not establish a walkable trip to your property.
The original included unnamed Long Pond Road, Prestige Way and Manomet parcels and a 2300 State Road advertisement with specific use restrictions. Obtain current boundaries and written requirements rather than treating that old advertisement as today’s zoning advice.
Main Street, Court Street and State Road shops differ from the earlier 4 Collins Avenue live/work description. Check the legal premises, existing occupancy, signs, loading and approvals; an old combined-use description does not establish permission to live in or convert the space.
Our earlier Plymouth guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
