Pepperell · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Pepperell commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Pepperell and the East Pepperell area, distinguish a Lomar Park industrial unit, Mill Street premises, a Main Street investment and land for development. Tell our team the loading, equipment, utilities, customer entry and staff access your business needs.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
Earlier Lomar Park and Mill Street examples differed from the Hollis Street former vehicle-dealership proposal. Clarify the office/production split, unit ownership, entrances, loading and equipment. A prior use does not establish current permission, included services or vacancy.
The original described residential proposals, a Main Street four-unit property and land at 21 Jersey Street said to span two municipalities. Existing homes are not vacant commercial space. Confirm parcel boundaries and the actual municipality responsible for approvals; the original does not identify the second municipality.
The 161 Nashua Road description discussed a composting proposal. That historical reference is not confirmation of a current permit, an operating facility or permission for your project.
Our earlier Pepperell guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
